Founded in 2014 in Glendale, CA, Otoric began as a small e-commerce seller on Amazon and eBay with a simple mission—delivering quality products. By 2018, we expanded to a retail space in Reseda, launching in-house prep and packing for Amazon warehouses.

We understand the complexities of running an eCommerce business, and that’s why we’ve developed systems and processes that make inventory management, prep, and fulfillment easier and more efficient.
As customer needs evolved, so did we. Shifting our focus to consumables such as nuts, chocolates, and packaged foods. Then came COVID—the turning point. As online shopping surged, we expanded into perishables like bagels and flatbreads and invested in specialized storage and shipping solutions for perishable goods. We also went beyond and helped small local brands—like Martin Sunflower Seeds, Isabell’s Honey, and Mignon Chocolate—establish an online presence on 3P platforms. In 2021, we opened our first fulfillment center, extending our packing and shipping services to businesses like ours.
Today, Otoric is more than an e-commerce seller—we’re a full-service logistics and fulfillment partner. Our 3PL division manages everything from prep and packing to distribution hubs, air cargo logistics, and exports to the Persian Gulf.

We moved into our first solo space—a tiny 300 sq. ft. oice on the 3rd floor in Woodland Hills, CA. We had to get creative with ventilation to keep our meltable products cool!
As COVID hit the U.S., online shopping surged. The market shifted, and so did we. Suddenly, we were shipping hundreds of food and consumable product packages every day!
We moved into our first warehouse in Canoga Park, CA—where we began purchasing in bulk, including full container loads!
Building on the experience we gained with Mignon Chocolate, we expanded our services to creating Amazon listings for local food brands like Isabel's Honey, Leonardo's Pesto, Martin Sunflower Seeds, and more
By mid-2021, we were so busy that we had to expand to a second warehouse!
As our orders grew, so did our team. We hired new talent and made some great friends along the way!
